Society for Facilitator
The effective Facilitator will think wisely about the type of venue needed for some workshops and group sessions.
If it is possible to do so, taking into account the logistics, the environment, the venue facilities and how space can be utilised for group dynamics will enabke every facilitaitr to set out their stall to achieve maximum success.
The 3 P's of Facilitation (Planning, Process and Performance) are interlinked. Each one serves to support and feed the other so that every Facilitated session has been carefully interated.
Planning is as much about planning for success as it is for failure. One of these will be positively impacted whilst the other will be negated through the planning tasks.
